Key Responsibilities

• Pre-sale Support: Assist with sample assembly, installation, configuration, and system upgrades. Provide technical training and application knowledge.
• Post-sale Support: Resolve customer issues via phone, email, and on-site support. Offer solutions and recommendations to enhance user experience.
• Customer Relationship Management: Address customer needs and feedback proactively. Ensure complete resolution of technical support cases.
• Product Support: Assist with modular computer products (ARM & x86), AI modules (Nvidia & Intel), and related products (e.g., Panel PC, Compact PC).
• Testing and Validation: Conduct tests on industrial computers, machine vision systems, motion control systems, and embedded systems.
• Technical and Quality Support: Resolve technical and quality issues to maintain high product standards.
• Liaison Support: Act as a liaison between Korean customers and headquarters in Taiwan.
• Repair Process Management: Oversee RMA and DOA processes, ensuring timely repair handling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of Embedded systems and industrial PCs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and x86 hardware/software.
• Fluent in English or Chinese.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
