About our Client

Korean CRO specializing in oncology clinical trials for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries

 

Key Responsibilities

Pursue and cultivate new business opportunities for the CRO, particularly with firms developing anticancer therapies

Promote the CRO's unique capabilities and services to potential clients.

Work to achieve or exceed sales targets

Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding of clients needs and customizing the CRO’s offerings accordingly

Ability to collaborate and align with various departments and stakeholders

Review and refine client RFPs to ensure full alignment with requirements

Develop pricing strategies based on the project's Profit and Loss projections

Handling quotations and contracts for clients 

Maintain and organize customer data in timely manner

Self-driven and proactive individual, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

 

Key Requirements

Minimum 5 to 10+ years of experience in the CRO industry with background in business development (BD), knowledge in securing early-phase clinical trials in pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries

Significant experience in negotiating contracts and deals

In-depth understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and the CRO sector is essential

Communication and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges

Strong project management skills, including the ability to establish and achieve specific, measurable goals

Fluency in both written and spoken English is required

Highly motivated, independent professional

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
