✔️ 주요 업무

• Deploy and maintain AI NPU servers
• Perform compatibility testing for proprietary NPUs
• Install proprietary NPUs for clients and provide technical support for server systems
• Manage server inventory
• Deliver technical training to clients
• Manage relationships with server vendors
• Offer customer support via phone, remote access, and on-site visits

✔️ 자격요건

• At least 3 years of experience in server delivery and maintenance
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in providing hardware technical support for server products like Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.
• Ability to write Linux shell scripts
• Basic understanding of infrastructure, including Linux, Windows, and networking
• Familiarity with cloud and virtualization technologies such as OpenStack, Kubernetes, Docker
• OS troubleshooting skills

✔️ 우대사항

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to resolve issues
• Relevant certifications such as Linux Master, MCSA, CCNA, Data Processing Engineer
• Knowledge of DBMS
• Keen interest in learning new technologies and methodologies
