About our Client

Global Automotive Parts Manufacturer

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively lead development activities for reducer gearboxes, in close collaboration with local and global project teams
  • Ensures adaptation of products and systems out of the existing product portfolio according to specified customer needs
  • Ensures the full assessment of customer requirements as a basis of application development activities
  • Set out and manages respective projects, budgets and resources, and ensure effective tools, methods and processes
  • Ensures the development of applications according to defined and agreed specifications
  • Ensures the product release externally (ensuring that the customer receives the optimal solution)

 

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 6 years of work experience in automotive parts/system development (Preferably with experience in transmission design/development)
  • Reducer system development experience including gear and bearing design for an electric drive system is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking and cooperative working attitude
  • Structured approach for task management and strong target orientation
  • Business level in English
