About our Client

Global manufacturer of test and measurement equipment


Key Responsibilities

  • Installation of equipment at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to company specifications
  • Provide basic training to new and existing customers
  • Provide on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Performs preventive maintenance procedures within the scheduled time
  • Completes and submits all service documentation accurately and completely following procedures and guidelines
  • Communicate and maintain service records and field service reports


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering/Science major is preferred)
  • 2~8 years of relevant work experience
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Willing to travel; customer site and travel estimated to be 60-70%
  • Customer orientation and cultural awareness
  • Business level of English communication skill
