Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management within the semiconductor industry, particularly in CVD/Etch processes.
• Semiconductor Etch Process/Production experience of 10+ years (15+ years preferred).
• More than 5-10 years of project management experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience in new business planning and setting up strategies.
• Preferred experience with semiconductor foundries such as Samsung, SK Hynix, Intel, Chinese Foundries, etc., in Etch processes.
• Preferred experience with semiconductor equipment or Etch process-related companies (Applied Materials, Lam Research, TEL, SEMES, Wonik, Hana Materials, etc.) in parts/equipment related to Etch processes.
• Strong market knowledge and well-established personnel networks.
• Business level proficiency in English.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects related to the development of Shower Head parts for CVD/Etch processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
• Engage in new business planning and strategy development.
