About our Client

Medical Devices and Equipment Manufacturing, MNC, the US


Responsibilities

Responsible for order processing in line with company quality and ethical standards.

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and coordinating sales activities.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders such as Commercial, Customers, RAQA, EA & APAC teams, Finance, IT, and more.

Requires extensive experience and knowledge in logistics, inventory management, ERP, and project management.

Key metrics include order entry accuracy, OTIF, and billing accuracy.


Experience

Over 12years experience in customer service team and minimum 2-year supervisor roles

Experience in medical devices is preferred.

Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Effective communication skills to manage internal and external customer needs efficiently.

Ability to handle diverse problems by quickly analyzing and verifying data and history.

Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in data analysis.
