Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring both short-term and long-term objectives are met.
Manage a portfolio of customers, focusing on growth opportunities and leveraging CRM tools to track and close deals.
Implement pricing strategies, maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the technical engineering team to coordinate product trials, address customer feedback, and resolve any concerns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Achieve revenue and profitability targets in your designated territory.
Primarily work with clients based in the Gyeongsang Provinces, focusing on profitable business expansion.

Key Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a background in chemicals or materials science is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, ideally with OEMs or related sectors.
Strong proficiency in MS Office.
Native-level Korean language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
The role is primarily based in Ulsan, Gyeongsang Provinces.
