• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth in the lab chemicals portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement effective marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Create compelling content and marketing materials to support campaign initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
• Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of channel programs.
• Perform in-depth analysis and routine reporting on business performance and market segmentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and industry influencers.

• 8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, including digital, product management, and project management within the chemical or similar industries.
• Preferred experience in B2C marketing, with a proven track record of gaining market share in mature industries.
• Strong analytical and strategic development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Ambitious, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
• Fluent in both English and Korean.

Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's degree in chemistry, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
