Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of integrated marketing strategies for new product launches across various channels including digital, PR, social media, and partnerships.
• Oversee and enhance the consumer experience across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and engaging journey from awareness to purchase.
• Tailor global marketing assets to fit the local market, ensuring brand consistency and resonance with the Korean audience.
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure strong go-to-market execution, aligning marketing plans with sales goals and market needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, sales, and digital teams, to execute marketing strategies and meet business objectives.
• Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports, using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of executing successful programs within leading FMCG or Consumer electronic companies.
• Strong creativity, time management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to derive insights from data and consumer trends to develop effective campaign plans.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing projects, including content creation, digital campaigns, and retail activations.
• Excellent written communication skills in Korean to craft localized messaging, with business-level proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
