Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in Korea, ensuring their needs are met and driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Oversee the performance of 1-2 distributors, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and providing necessary support.
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B enterprise sector.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations with major accounts to promote products and solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Report sales activities and results to the APAC Sales team, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with the APAC Sales team and other internal departments to ensure cohesive and effective sales operations.

Experience

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in B2B (Enterprise) sales, particularly in managing major accounts and working with distributors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with headsets, video solutions, or related technology products is highly desirable.
  • Language Skills: Business-level proficiency in English.
  • Proactivity: Highly proactive with a strong hands-on approach to sales and customer management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market conditions and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with regional APAC/HQ teams



Education

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
