Responsibilities

  • Reach efficient and profitable organizational performance to achieve goals.
  • Lead 7 Power Stations to establish a profitable and exemplary network, aligning with company strategy and fostering a win-win relationship with the Sales & Marketing union.
  • Manage revenue increases for Power Station repair services (parts & labor) and P&L (Profit & Loss) improvements.
  • Oversee safety, environmental, and organizational management.

Experience

·        Proven experience in strategy development and execution.

·        Expertise in business management and development (repair & parts, used-car & RV management).

·        Strong interpersonal skills and leadership capability.

·        Extensive knowledge and insight into service operations.

·

Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
