COMPANY is a leading provider of materials for deposition and etch processes in the semiconductor industry, with global operations strategically located in major semiconductor hubs worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert responsible for overseeing our Metrology Capability Analysis (MCA) program to ensure the long-term stability of both new and existing sites.
• Plan, direct, and execute MCA studies encompassing instrument detection limit, accuracy, method detection limit, linearity, tool matching, and GR&R, ensuring timely completion.
• Develop optimal methods to characterize emerging semiconductor precursors, facilitating qualitative and quantitative analysis of impurities and assays.
• Employ advanced problem-solving techniques and expert knowledge to investigate, identify, and mitigate quality excursions.
• Understand the tactical and strategic requirements of our customers, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver capital projects punctually.
• Manage, implement, and document analytical requirements associated with products and manufacturing methodologies.
• Ensure the accurate documentation and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for analytical instrumentation.
• Oversee the procurement of analytical instrumentation, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
• Establish calibration and long-term stability standards for analytical methods used in product qualification.
• Manage equipment/instrument calibrations and performance verifications as per industry standards.
• Expected to travel to sites as necessitated by business demands.

Key Requirements   

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a laboratory environment with notable achievements in method development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in analytical instrumentation and analysis, demonstrating equivalent technical proficiency.
• Expertise in method development across various analytical instruments.
• Proficient in advanced problem-solving techniques.
• Significant experience and expertise in sample analysis within a specialized laboratory setting.
• Knowledgeable about analytical techniques utilized for characterizing trace impurities in chemicals.
• Familiarity with GC and other online analyzer equipment and sampling systems.
• Fluent in English.
