About the Client

Global loyalty and benefits company specializing in financial services, travel, and retail.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management (Travel Experiences, Financial Services - South Korea)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the client.
  • Oversee daily client communications and project management.
  • Support senior team members in managing the account's performance and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to meet client expectations.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and commercial strategy.
  • Become an expert in the company’s products and operational systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth account operations.
  • Develop and update client plans and strategies.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and establish trust with key decision-makers.
  • Respond to client RFI/RFPs and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the Global Account Director and maintain accurate project documentation.

2. Business Development (Financial Services and Travel Sectors - South Korea)

  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Develop and maintain effective prospecting strategies.
  • Identify sales opportunities and manage RFI/RFP processes in the Financial Services and Travel sectors.
  • Promote innovative products and services to generate demand.
  • Collaborate with the bids team to develop winning strategies for new business.
  • Support cross-selling of company products to existing clients.
  • Follow new business processes, including bid qualification and pipeline reporting.
  • Evaluate commercial models to maximize profitability.
  • Keep accurate sales pipeline records in Salesforce.
  • Meet financial and personal objectives set for the role.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in business or other related majors
  • 10+ years experience in sales, business development or account management
  • Background from credit card issuance or financial institutes is highly preferred
  • High achiever with proven track record in profitable and successful delivery for clients
  • Excellent spoken, written and presentation skills in both English required
