Key Responsibilities
1. Dealer Engagement & Communication:
- Develop and execute an annual plan to foster a strong, trust-based relationship between (client) and its dealer network.
- Design and manage dealer communication programs and events to boost collaboration and team spirit.
- Organize and facilitate key meetings (e.g., Dealer CEO meetings, Executive Board meetings) by coordinating agendas, materials, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure timely and clear communication with dealer management regarding events and meetings.
- Oversee HQ-hosted events for dealer management, including coordination for global meetings (e.g., IAA, Product Forum).
2. Dealer Awards & Incentive Programs:
- Review and enhance the content and criteria for the annual dealer awards to motivate dealer performance.
- Work with internal teams to set award evaluation criteria and communicate this to the dealer network.
- Plan and execute incentive trips and award programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.
3. Retail Process & Digital Consulting:
- Lead the implementation of the retail process consulting, in collaboration with HQ and external vendors, to improve the customer experience across MB showrooms.
- Provide guidance to dealers on digital media and retail operations, including the integration of digital tools such as digital signage, showroom technologies, and RCPS licenses.
- Manage the digital retail KPIs for dealers and help ensure they meet targets by offering support and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with HQ to assess and roll out new digital retail initiatives through pilot studies and market feasibility tests.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in automotive or relevant engineering field; a degree in teaching or education is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably with exposure to automotive sales training, product planning, or retail/customer service.
Strong understanding of the automotive industry, proficiency in training operation and training material production software, familiarity with dealer network operations, and excellent translation and interpretation skills between specific languages (to be defined).
Additional Requirements: driver's license.
