Key Responsibilities

Network Project Management Specialist

− Site Evaluation

• Evaluate newly proposed site and ensure it is in line with MB strategy and guideline.

− Drawing Approval Process & Drawing Certification

• Facilitate communication and agree between HQ and Dealer to align local demand of the new site.

• Lead approval process for site drawing which is mutually agreed by HQ, BU and Dealer.

• Prepare drawing certificate.

• Kick off construction by dealer.

− Dealer Steering for project realization

• Steer dealers to execute agreed project milestones timely and accurately, and communicate relevant stakeholders (HQ/BU/MBK Management/Dealer its progress constantly. Steer external vendors ensuring MB standards and quality, i.e. architect, media, quality management.

− Dealer Consulting

• Guide dealer to ensure the brand quality of facility in MB Outlets to serve best customer experience, i.e. media, visibility of CI/CD, look & feel.

− POCC & End of Project

• Conduct POCC (Pre-open compliance check) to evaluate whether the site is ready to open. If insufficient, remedy actions to be agreed and documented, and follow-up timely. If sufficient and ready to open, send official letter to dealer for opening.

Network Enhancement

− Consult and guide dealers to ensure the brand quality of facility in MB Outlets to serve best customer experience, i.e. media, visibility of CI/CD, look & feel.

− Participate HQ project and implement strategic direction for dealer environment enhancement

GSSN

− Maintain GSSN data and knowledge system structure.

− Handle internal inquiry on network data.

Key Requirements

[Educational]

- Bachelor degree in related fields

[Experience]

- Minimum 5 years’ experience of Network Development

- Post experience should include following areas:

• Project Management capability

• Driven to Win & proactive leadership style

• Experience working with cross-functional & Global teams

• Solution oriented

[Specific knowledge]

- Consulting experience and good communication skill

- General understanding of imported automotive industry and dealers

- Excellent negotiation skill
