Key Responsibilities

  • Build up the company's brand by Marketing communication in various B2C customers’ touch points
  • Protect and generate net revenue by marketing and digital marketing activities, and customer rebate
  • Deep understanding on Marketing and it’s activity
  • Commercial sense is essential (turn around experience is preferred)
  • Support Product Event Launchings with Marketing Communication & reach company's Domestic Sales level (M/S)
  • Successful new car launch, branding
  • Closely working with Product pricing team as well as Branding team
  • ATL (Digital, Iconography, PPL)
    • Lead the overall go-to-market strategies to drive top-of-funnel awareness, purchase consideration and conversion
    • Allocate advertising budgets across traditional & digital channels to maximize brand/product visibility and engagement.
    • Actively communicate with Global HQ
  • BTL (Event)
    • Responsible for executing strategic BTL marketing campaigns, focusing on brand, product and sales support initiatives.
  • CRM
    • Build up solid foundation for a customer centric and data driven marketing
    • Increase data quality and depth, as well as collecting permissions to make use of the data from retail over marketing to after sales
    • Create an outstanding brand experience across all touchpoints personalized and contextual
  • Influencer
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with the brand and product's goals and messaging
    • Collaborate closely with influencers to create engaging content that highlights product features, benefits, and competitive advantages
  • Social Media
    • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives
    • Identify target audiences and devise strategies to reach and engage them effectively

 

Requirements

  • Understanding of market and customers, experience of product management in OEM
  • Diverse experiences: either or both upstream (ex. product planning / marketing) or/and downstream (ex. Sales/ filed management)
  • High communication & collaboration skill
  • Financial/budget knowledge for Marketing Strategy
  • Capability to work on cross functional tasks with Sales, communication, After Sales, Product Planning, Program and Engineering
  • Good write & speak English skill for communication with Groupe sales function.
