Responsibilities:

1. System Operation and Monitoring: Assist MIS (Management Information System; iSAMS) operations in support of the MIS personnel, monitoring the stability and performance of the system, and taking actions in case of issues.
2. User Support: Provide assistance to employees in using the MIS system and resolve technical issues. This may include responding to and supporting inquiries from teachers, students, parents, and administrators.

Experience/Skills:

1. Degree or experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2. Experience in MIS system management or similar education management software
3. Experience in database management (SQL, etc.)
4. Understanding of security and data protection
5. Bilingual communication and problem-solving skills in English and Korean.Degree or experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

근무시간: 주5일 평일 오전 9시 ~ 오후 6시

근 무 지: 서울 서초구 신반포동

급여조건: 면접 후 협의
