•The key strategic objectives for this role include:
•Analyze business opportunities and recommend various strategies and business plans in order to grow selection from Korean Consumables Sellers
•Drive Seller success as measured by feature adoption, performance, year-over-year growth and profitability
•Build a strong team by hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
요구역량
•At least 10+ years of experience with a blend of Sales, business, and product and/or program management roles (Sales Focus preferred)
•At least 3+ years of successful people leading experience
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
•Ability to interact at C-level with medium to large Korean and multinational companies
•Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel.
