Key Responsibilities
· Accurate and Timely Payroll Processing: Ensure payroll operations, including salary disbursement, over-payment recovery, leave management, and reporting, are executed correctly and within deadlines, adhering to relevant laws.
· Data Management and Quality Control: Prepare complex payroll and HR data, assist in checking and maintaining records for accuracy, service quality, and data integrity.
· Legislative Compliance: Help clients meet taxation, superannuation, and other legal obligations by processing returns, reports, forms, and documentation.
· Client Advisory and Error Resolution: Provide responsive and accurate payroll advice, address inquiries, identify payroll errors, and implement corrective actions to ensure accurate employee payments and database integrity.
· Service Excellence and Teamwork: Promote service excellence, foster teamwork, and contribute to process improvement through participation in payroll and service delivery reform activities.
Key Requirements
· 2~7 years of relevant Payroll experience
· Good Business English
