Job Mission and Purpose

• The People Experience team is tasked with enhancing employee experience, engagement, and well-being in the ever-changing luxury retail talent market.

• The team is an advocate for the firm's culture and values, promoting a motivated and productive work environment.

• They curate meaningful journeys throughout the employee lifecycle, serving as the primary contact point for employees on all matters.

• The team collaborates with Business HR to bring relevant employee insights to the Business, playing a crucial role as a change agent.

• A key aspect of their mission is to advocate and embed the learning culture, in response to a growing and diverse employee population.

• This involves identifying, implementing, and measuring the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives for Korea in collaboration with key stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy learning and development frameworks and initiatives for designated employee segments, partnering with HR Business Partners and Regional People Development leaders.

• Support culture evolution through the design and deployment of people development solutions.

• Identify and prioritize people development needs regularly in collaboration with country and regional teams.

• Translate HR and business strategies to people development solutions, identifying learning needs and developing key programs.

• Pilot and deploy the Learning Management Platform (LMS), define learning metrics, and track analytics to optimize the learner experience.

• Participate in the design of people development solutions, identify, and qualify outsourced partners, and involve in people development projects at the regional and/or global level.

 

Key Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Masters/advanced degree is a plus.

• Fluent in English and Korean.

• A minimum of 8 years in a role within a “best in class” organization.

• Experience in designing and implementing people development processes with appreciation and/or experience in various HR fields.

• Proven track record in leading and implementing successful initiatives in Korea.

• Previous experience with facilitating group interactions up to the senior management level and working experience in global management/HR consulting/ HRD consulting firm is preferred.
