Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for the overall operation and management of the HR shared Services Center (HR-SSC) in the East Asia region, primarily focusing on South Korea and Japan
· Experienced in HR operations, capable of effectively managing complex HR scenarios and labor relations.
· Open-minded and adaptable, driving HR process improvements and innovation to align with evolving business needs
· Collaborate closely with business units to ensure efficient, compliant, and satisfactory HR services
· Coordinate and resolve HR issues in the region, providing professional HR advice and support
Key Requirements
· 6~12 years HR experience in MNC with strong knowledge/experience of Korea labor law and C&B/payroll
· Fluent English / Chinses is plus
