Key Responsibilities
· Talent Acquisition: Finding high-quality talent for senior positions through cost-effective methods.
· People Strategy: Partnering with leadership to develop and implement an HR strategy that maximizes value across all areas of the Korean operation.
· Talent Management: Co-creating talent management systems with global HR that consider Korean culture and needs.
· Operational Excellence: Driving efficient HR operations and a culture of high performance, learning, and employee engagement.
· Strategic HR Leadership: Providing expert advice and solutions to the Korea leadership team on all HR matters.
· Data-Driven Decision Making: Using data to identify business challenges and develop impactful HR solutions.
· Market Insights: Providing insights on Korean job markets, compensation levels, and skill gaps to inform business decisions like investment or divestment.
· Employer Branding: Building and maintaining a strong employer brand in Korea to attract and retain talent.
Key Requirements
· 10+ HRBP experience in Multinational Manufacturing Company
· Good English
