채용사는 글로벌 visa 발급을 진행하는 외국계 기업입니다.
Responsibility
-Modeling , checking and Supervising accounting tasks of different units within region
-Reinforcing and ensuring the instructions issued by Regional Finance Controller
-Analyze of books/ MIS at least once in month & establishing proper control
-FA management & Control viz ensuring assets tagging , up-to-date FA register
-Assuring various policies i.e. Kuoni code of conduct, VFAR, Travel, Entertainment, Finance SOP and etc
-Managing Bank accounts and reconciliations & Paying off the taxes on time, VAT, Income tax TDS
-Secure embassy accounts reconciliation & control and send operation/embassy confirmation to RFC
-Yearly & quarterly forecasting / Project Budgeting & Pricing for approaching project
-Working knowledge in SAP or any related accounting system
-Month end & year end closing experience.
-Cash management and managing imprest.
-Liaison with Bank for transfers and transactions.
-Budgeting and Forecasting : This is not a critical requirement as staff can be trained on this aspect.
Job Requirements
-Relevant Experience : 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
-Business Level in English
