Key Responsibilities

1. Industry and Share Analysis & Reporting:

• Conduct in-depth analysis and interpretation of industry data to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Continuously monitor market share and volume performance across various channels and categories and develop regular reports

1. Volume and Revenue Analysis and Forecasting:

• Evaluate market performance metrics such as volume and revenue, sharing insights with stakeholders on successes and areas for improvement.
• Forecast future performance based on actual data, considering market environment, recent performance trends, and planned new products and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business performance and drive performance discussions.

1. Business Planning:

• As part of the business planning process, forecast industry trends and set targets for market share, volume, and revenue by understanding both market conditions and company performance.
• Communicate targets with the marketing and channel teams, taking into account market context and organizational capabilities.

1. Provide Business Insight and Influence the Organization:

• Deliver findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with category and channel teams, marketing platform service teams, and financial planning teams to collect and integrate relevant market intelligence.
• Use data-driven insights to influence strategic initiatives, fostering a data-centric culture within the organization.
• Translate complex data into actionable strategies, guiding various departments to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
