Purpose of the role: 

§  The AP Accounts is responsible for processing daily accounting department’s transactions and general administrative supports.

Job description (this is original one):

• Utilizes accounting system for bookkeeping accounting transactions.
• Preparing and reviewing bill before submission and issuing bank transfer.
• Processing the cash-in from clients, match with receivables and share payment information with internal team with close communications.
• Prepare both domestic and international payments to vendors and refunds to clients by following standard operating procedures.
• Replenish petty cash for service office centres and booking of transaction.
• Reviewing commissions and expense claims submitted.
• Maintain records of rents and deposits received from clients.
• Reconciling bank balances and BS accounts
• Support general administrative assignment.
• Monthly cashflow report
• HR admin stuffs

Qualification

• Business Level English Preferred
• Experience in accounting
• Experiences with Microsoft word, Excel and Power Point. Strong Excel skill and understanding of database preferred.

Competencies

• Ability to work independently & A Self-starter.
• Relationship building across all local departments.
