About our Client

Global engineering company specializing in advanced materials, mining, and construction technologies

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and replace parts according to instructions and technical equipment manuals
• Understand and interpret basic mechanical designs and maintenance manuals
• Independently execute maintenance tasks, verify outcomes, and monitor operating equipment to identify potential issues
• Document and report completed tasks following relevant procedures and work instructions
• Communicate basic operating procedures to customers and refer them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Provide feedback to the line manager or team leader regarding equipment maintenance and any service-related challenges
• Ensure all tasks are performed using provided tools and adhere to established safety standards
• Prepare and conduct all activities in accordance with SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) rules, regulations, procedures, and instructions

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering major)
• 2~5 years of field service/customer support experience preferably
• Business level of English communication skill
• Valid diver’s license
• Ability to travel locally
