About our Client

Our client is an international high-tech company specializing in developing innovative products and systems for household appliances, primarily focusing on the kitchen living space. Key Responsibilities

  • Application Consultation: Provide expert advice on the application of the company’s components and systems to clients.
  • Technical Support: Assist during the selection, modification, and development of products and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Collaboration: Support the Sales team in translating customer requirements into technical specifications and contribute during the pre-sales phase, especially for complex projects.
  • Customer Presentations: Deliver technical product presentations, including concept studies and product concepts.
  • Offer and Realization Support: Assist the central offer team during the offer phase and ensure successful project realization after customer approval.
  • Market Analysis: Collect and share relevant market and product data for strategic planning, identify new applications, and provide early input on technology needs.
  • Training: Conduct product training for the Sales team and customers, with the support of Product Management.

Experience

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a field engineering or Field Application Engineer (FAE) role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in hardware design, understanding schematics, and software programming (C language). Experience in designing induction, inverter, and converter systems is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Business-level proficiency in English.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Expertise in field claim analysis and reporting.

Education

Bachelors or above degrees in Electronics/Electrical Engineering related areas
