Key Responsibilities
Reviews customer inquiry and set product strategy for quotation.
• Creates quotations and tracks the status of quotations
• In charge of managing orders from Quotation to final closing, making sure R Stahl
delivers on time, on spec and on costs.
• With minimal supervision, creating, maintaining and delivering order/project planning
documents and reports.
• Supports project metrics analysis, team communication, resource planning, risk analysis,
report generation, and documentation control.
• Provides support to ensure client/customer service expectations are met.
• Tracks the production process on technical sales orders that may become
entangled in the production department for various reasons.
• Works closely with client to resolve conflicts and design changes before they
become significant delays.
• Reviews drawings to check for compliance with the submitted specifications
• Achieves and maintains rapport with clients and provides internal support during
and after product shipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
Communication skills, both verbal and written in English / Korean.
• Customer focused attitude (Responsiveness, Accurate & Customer Friendly)
• Proficiency in office management software (MS Office and other company
systems)
• High degree of professionalism.
• Proven ability to operate under pressure.
• Willingness to travel.
• Understanding basic structure of ERP System
