About our Client
A Global Freight & Project Forwarding and Air & Sea Logistics company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control the sales organization within the assigned sales territory.
- Achieve yearly budget in regard to Gross profit and volume both export and import by maximizing profit margin.
- Propose sales BU target account list and execute throughout the year.
- Execute and control the sales activities in line with the validated sales plan.
- Assign salesforce to deploy sales solution to targets/clients
- Develop business with assigned A/B targets/clients (sales ownership for 12-months maximum).
- Manage all BU Target accounts.
- Assure successful account integration to Operations, Customer Service.
- Share information using sales-support tools (CRM).
- Optimize cost of sales
- Assure compliance with the sales process.
Key Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or above holder (MBA preferred)
· At least 15 years Commercial and operational management in a Forwarding/ Logistics business.
· Minimum 5 years Sales management experience at managerial position
· Functional know-how in Air & Ocean products.
· A knowledge of contract / project logistics and SCM is an advantage.
· Strong sales know-how & a proven track record
· Deep local market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment)
· People Management & Good leadership and influencing skills with a collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork Organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assign, delegate and control)
· Problem Solving & Decision-Making Skills
· Negotiation & Persuasion Skill
· Relationship building and maintenance capabilities.
· Great communicator, including solid written, oral, and presentation-giving skills required in English.
