Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth in the lab chemicals portfolio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement effective marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Create compelling content and marketing materials to support campaign initiatives.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of channel programs.
Perform in-depth analysis and routine reporting on business performance and market segmentation.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and industry influencers.

Experience

8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, including digital, product management, and project management within the chemical or similar industries.
Preferred experience in B2C marketing, with a proven track record of gaining market share in mature industries.
Strong analytical and strategic development skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Ambitious, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
Fluent in both English and Korean.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's degree in chemistry, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.

- If a member agrees to provide personal information, his/her personal information will be transferred through the Adecco internal system.
