Key Responsibilities

● Plan and Lead Business Unit’s Economical and Extra-Financial Value Creation: Measure, monitor, and drive the actions and trade-offs needed to improve and balance Profit/Environmental and Human/Social performances.

● Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and oversee robust financial models, trajectories, and forecasts to ensure the company's financial health and long-term sustainability. Play a leading role in analyzing the main growth and profitability levers. Co-validate long-term targets and draft multiple scenario plans.

● Performance Monitoring: Analyze financial performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting, audit, treasury, controlling, financial tools, and taxation.

● Proven Track Record in Data Management: Experience in reporting and dashboard development.

● E-Commerce and Circular Transformation Advocate: Proactively willing to accelerate the company’s e-commerce initiatives and lead the transition towards circular economy practices.

● Proven Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and building high-performing teams. Team player.

- If a member applies for employment at an overseas recruiting company, his/her personal information will be encrypted through a secure server and transferred to the data server of the overseas recruiting company via communication network.
- If a member agrees to provide personal information, his/her personal information will be transferred through the Adecco internal system.

- To be confirmed at the time of application through recruit information section
Transferee's Purpose of Use and Period of Retention and Use
- To determine whether to employ relevant member. Retention and use until employment is determined.
