Key Responsibilities

§ Software debugging skills, particularly in C++/C#, with the ability to provide detailed code traces.

§ Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with users, stakeholders, and engineers in an agile environment.

§ Experience in software support and issue resolution, including maintaining detailed logs and documenting results.

§ Proficiency in configuration management of software builds and technical documentation.

§ Ability to handle complex assignments independently, demonstrating judgment and initiative in problem-solving.

Key Requirements

§ 5+ years of experience, training, education.

- Software programming

- Software quality or systems analysis

- Test methodologies

- Test automation tools or scripting skills desired)

§ Proficiency in English for effective communication (reading, writing, speaking, listening).

Preferred Skill

§ Proficiency in C++ and/or C#.

§ Strong communication skills at all levels.

§ Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skills.

§ Experience with TestComplete, Microsoft Test, or similar automation tools preferred.
