Sales and Business Development Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently create and manage daily visit schedules to ensure effective customer engagement and relationship building.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with manufacturers, buying offices, importers, and trading companies. Leverage industry connections and networking skills to expand our market presence.
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize market data (e.g., trends, customer needs) to develop and customize sales strategies that align with future growth opportunities.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining strong relationships while supporting new business development efforts.
  • Ensure prompt and professional responses to all customer inquiries, providing excellent service and timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales visit reports to track progress and provide insights for future business strategy.
  • Effectively work remotely, with a strong focus on the South Korean market, while managing relationships with local and international stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or customer service, specifically within the accessories, trims, or garment industry.
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically and integrate market insights into actionable sales plans.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin (Putonghua) is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong business acumen, with an aggressive yet professional approach to sales. Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Independence & Initiative: Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and autonomously with minimal supervision.
