Key Responsibilities
· Lead and grow Refinery Business in Japan and Korea
· Close distributor and local partner management, focused on fostering collaboration and executing sales projects.
· Identify customers’ needs and convey a compelling offer to customers.
· Highlight value and benefits of Company solutions and foster customer engagement.
· Be responsible for new sales opportunities, from need identification to commercialization.
· Develop long term strategy in supporting growth of Refinery Business
· Together with local partner, expand the network of contacts within customers and identify roles in the decision-making process
· Present Company technical reports and manage customer technical exchanges
· Collect information regarding customer operations, KPIs, and application of products
· Provide inputs to global innovation and marketing team regarding market needs and market potential
· Provide market intelligence and insights on competitor activities
· Work closely with line manager and various stakeholder like technical team & production, ensuring smooth operation of Refinery business
· Manage CRM and fill opportunity pipeline. Provide transparency on expected start of sales, quantity, price, and margins. Register interactions with customers and prospects in CRM and follow-up on open tasks
· Ensure that all business is executed within Company code of ethics and business compliance guidelines.
Key Requirements
· Bachlor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering (or related fields).
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience as account manager in refinery business in Japan or Korea, ideally experienced in Cold Flow Improver and Pour Point Depressants
· Proficiency in CRM software, SAP, Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools is required
· Abel to present technical and commercial details to customers
· Strong Written English (Reading and Writing) skills is needed.
