Responsibilities

Drive the achievement of annual booking and revenue targets by expanding the market presence of our Ion Chromatography solutions within the assigned territory.
Formulate and implement strategic business development initiatives to boost growth in key markets, working closely with internal Ion Chromatography teams and global organizations.
Actively generate new leads, expand the pipeline of opportunities, and focus on critical business areas.
Utilize Salesforce.com CRM to manage accounts, opportunities, and leads effectively, while keeping track of the product line's performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
A demonstrated successful track record of over 7 years in leading IC, HPLC, and/or Mass Spectrometry solutions, with a robust understanding of Ion Chromatography Analysis applications and workflows.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Ion Chromatography, supplemented by 2-3 years of commercial experience.
Strong business strategy, business development, or marketing skills are a plus.
