Key Responsibilities

  • The Business Development Manager will be essential in driving growth by generating new sales leads, identifying business opportunities, and expanding the market presence of our headsets and video conferencing devices. This role involves building relationships with key stakeholders and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Sales Lead Development:
    • Identify and generate new business leads.
    • Cultivate relationships with decision-makers and maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Market Expansion:
    • Develop strategies to increase market share for unified communication products.
    • Collaborate with marketing on tailored campaigns and product launches.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build long-term relationships with clients and manage the sales cycle.
    • Provide updates on new products and industry trends.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work with product management and R&D to align customer needs with product development.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals.
  • Sales Forecasting:
    • Track sales metrics and provide accurate forecasts.
    • Monitor key performance indicators to meet business objectives.


Key Requirements

  • Experience: min. 5-10 years in business development or sales, preferably in Unified Communication (Video/Audio/Phone/Headsets etc.).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Korean; other languages are a plus.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven success in generating leads and achieving revenue targets.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical Thinking: Capable of analyzing market data and providing insights.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in international sales or regional account management.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
