Key Responsibilities
- Data analysis
• Data-Driven Strategy Development: Develop and implement growth strategies based on data analysis, focusing on increasing user acquisition, retention.
• Analysis of User Acquisition and Retention: Analyze various channels (media, search, CRM campaign) to acquire and retain users.
• Consumer Behavior Analysis: Analyze 1st party consumer behavior data collected within the CRM platform to understand customer behavior patterns, preferences, pet’s golden moment in the lifecycle.
• Performance Analysis: Set a goal, monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
• Data Analysis Report: Create, review and share CRM insight via regular report (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly) to ensure all the activities are met for required KPIs.
- Data orchestration
• Data Integration: Combining data from different sources, involving various data types and formats, into a single, coherent data set.
• Data Quality Assurance: Implementing processes and rules to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and reliable.
• Data Delivery Management: Ensuring that processed data is distributed to the right systems or stakeholders efficiently and securely.
• Compliance and Security: Managing data in compliance with regulations and ensuring that data is secure throughout its lifecycle.
Key Requirements
- +- 5 years Experience in Performance or growth marketing.
- Data Ethics: Understanding and adhering to ethical considerations and data privacy principles.
- Data Analysis Skills: The ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions is vital. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms is often required.
- Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex data findings into understandable terms and effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Applying data insights to solve business problems and make informed decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working effectively with teams from different departments to align data insights with broader business strategies
- Statistical Analysis: Understanding and applying statistical methods to interpret data trends and patterns.
- Data Mining: Extracting valuable information and patterns from large datasets.
- Predictive Modeling: Using data to create models that predict future trends and outcomes.
