Key Responsibilities:

1) Digital Customer Experience

  • Platform Launch & Management: Spearhead the launch and oversee daily operations of digital customer service platforms (online appointment booking, digital payments, communication tools). Ensure smooth operation and high user satisfaction.
  • Localization : Collaborate with the global product team to adapt global digital solutions for the local market. Tailor features and functionalities to meet local customer needs and expectations.
  • Customer Voice Amplifier: Analyze customer feedback on digital platforms to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving the digital customer journey.
  • Empowerment Expert: Equip business stakeholders with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize digital platforms through training and ongoing support.

2) CRM & Contact Strategy Orchestrator

  • Tailored Communication Architect: Design, deploy, and manage CRM use cases for various customer segments across the customer journey. Ensure personalized communication that addresses specific needs and preferences.
  • Campaign Calendar Conductor: Coordinate the CRM calendar with business teams. Schedule and execute both one-time campaigns and automated communications (Kakao messages, MMS/LMS, emails) efficiently to minimize customer fatigue.
  • Performance Analytics Ace: Track and report on CRM initiatives regularly. Leverage data analytics to measure effectiveness and ROI, and adjust strategies for optimal results.

3) Kakao Channel Maestro

  • Optimizing Engagement on KakaoTalk: Lead the management of the company's KakaoTalk business channel. Ensure optimal configuration and drive effective customer engagement through activation of relevant features.
  • Seamless Kakao Sync: Integrate the Kakao Sync API into various Mercedes-Benz digital touchpoints. Facilitate seamless acquisition of authenticated customer data, streamlining user registration and login processes.


Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in digital platform management, CRM, and customer data (B2C experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), SQL, and PowerBI (a plus)
  • Strong customer data analysis skills
  • Desired Skills:Meticulous attention to detail for smooth operations
  • Keen analytical mind to extract insights from data
  • Data manipulation and statistical analysis expertise (including strong MS Office skills)
  • Excellent communication in Korean and English (written, verbal, and presentation)
