[Job Responsibilities]
Inbound Management
o Coordinating all Inbound shipments to meet on product launching plan
o Performing analysis on freight cost to determine optimized shipment mode
o Monitoring vendor (Shipment) compliance
o Managing shipment discrepancy
o Re-posting missing ASN to warehouse on time
Customs Clearance
o Managing customs clearance to ensure 100% compliance in regulations and acts
o Coordinating applying FTA
o HTS classification
o Import requirement preparation of non-commercial goods for Marketing, Fixture for open stores
Outbound Management
o Coordinating all outbound shipments to ship out from warehouse to stores
o Stock Transfer from Korea to another region
o Exportation for sample stocks to HQ in quarterly
Return Management
o Managing return discrepancy between physical product and system
o Stock Adjustment in system
Inventory Management
o Managing inventory discrepancy to ensure 0% loss in the warehouse
o Inventory Adjustment in system
o Write off and Destruction
o Aging stock management
3PL Management
o Priority management
o Logistics Issue resolution
o Cost management
Etc.
o Developing and improvement on Standard Operation Procedures
o Payment Request (PR) for logistics cost
o Month Closing of vendors
o Logistics project support (e.g. SAP migration, E-com business execution)
o Coordinating product master and label tag price creation and change
o Customs Audit and Financial Audit Support
[자격요건]
- Minimum of 3-4 years work experience
- Experience in fashion/luxury/retail industry/multinational company preferred
- Strong and clear communication skills verbally and in writing both Korean and English
- JDA, SAP, Stealth Experience would be plus
