Transfer of Personal Information Subsequent to Business Transfer
Spring Professional Korea Co., Ltd. (“Spring Professional Korea”) has transferred its head-hunting business (“Business”) to Adecco Korea Co., Ltd. (“Adecco Korea”) as of 10, 1st , 18.
Subsequent to the business transfer, the personal information of customers (including members, job seekers, people-in-charge of companies looking for employees, etc.) and transaction counterparties held by Spring Professional Korea in relation to the Business, as well as the personal information of officers and employees of Spring Professional Korea who have performed duties relating to the Business (including those of the subcontractors and manpower supply agencies), have transferred to Adecco Korea. Adecco Korea shall keep the transferred personal information safe and secure, and such information shall be used only for the original purposes effective at the time of the transfer.
