Key Responsibilities
Share best practices and provide support for Salesforce CRM users.
Manage CRM workflow and advanced features.
Collaborate with teams to optimize CRM usage and integrate with other systems.
Meet sales and gross margin targets for assigned customers.
Develop and grow customer relationships; identify and solicit new customers.
Provide feedback on sales team effectiveness.
Process customer orders and address issues.
Enhance CRM functionality and manage user access rights.
Ensure data integrity and resolve CRM issues.
Write policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
Estimate project timelines and manage tasks to meet deadlines.
Attend relevant conferences and training.
Perform other assigned duties.
Key Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
1-3 years in a sales environment preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven negotiation and customer service skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with diverse individuals.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Comfortable in a collaborative, dynamic work environment.
Preferred: experience as an Administrative Assistant.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
