[Week 1] CEO for One Month, Sofie Loenseth
올해 CEO for One Month로 선발된 Sofie Loenseth는 지난 6월 넷째 주 월요일 아데코코리아 첫 출근을 시작으로, 지금은 어느새 아데코코리아에서 두번째 주를 보내고 있습니다. 첫 주에 Sofie는 아데코코리아 본사에서 진행된 환영식, 임원진들과의 1:1미팅 그리고 Bryan Luro 대표님과 함께한 코트라 외투기업 미팅데이 등 다양한 내부, 외부 행사에 참가하며 바쁜 일과를 보냈습니다.

Making the future work for everyone
In early April 2021 I was sitting in my room and looking through social media when an ad for the Adecco Group's CEO for one month program popped up. I though "why not?" and clicked on the apply button.
A few months later I was walking into the offices of Adecco Korea as this year's CEO for one month. Jumping from student to CEO is a quite a challenge, but also an unique opportunity to learn from successful people and see how a global company is run from the inside.
Read on to see what my first week at Adecco Korea was like.
Monday morning started right away with a meeting with the CEO and talking about expectations, goals, and getting a crash-course about Adecco Korea.
During the day I attended different meetings and first learned about Adecco's functions. The Adecco group is divided into three major areas, Adecco, Talent Solutions and Modis, combining different offerings and tech to create a 360 solution and working on solutions for the work of tomorrow. After lunch, I got a warm welcome from the rest of the employees in the office. The rest of the day was filled with meetings.
One of the unique things about the CEO for one month project is the innovation project. The innovation project is part of the global challenges, but its also a project where we get to think about the #futureofwork and use creativity and critical thinking to come up with innovative solutions.
Tuesday was used partly to do research for my innovation project this year. In the evening the Global Alumni Challenge was an interactive and fun way to engage with the other global CEOs and alumni.
On Thursday I had the opportunity to join Adecco to a foreign firms meeting arranged by the Korean Trade association KOTRA. There Adecco Korea's Country Manager Bryan Luro gave a talk on the future of work, the Adecco group and Adecco Korea.
