Key Responsibilities
· Oversee HR operations across seven entities in the APAC region
· Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals.
· Employee Experience: Foster a positive workplace culture, ensuring high employee engagement and satisfaction.
· Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
· Global HR Operations: Oversee payroll processing across APAC, manage compensation and benefits, and handle visa and work permit processes.
· Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Key Requirements
· Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
· APAC experience is required
· Master Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration is plus
· SPHR, CIPD is preferred
