About our Client

Global manufacturer of semiconductor test and automation equipment

Key Responsibilities

Provide software support to customers and address modification requests for existing machines
Collaborate with the Product Marketing Management (PMM) team to align with business goals
Develop and maintain machine software applications, ensuring stability and compliance with customer specifications
Provide on-site customer support to resolve software issues related to the machine
Conduct software testing and qualification to ensure quality both internally and at customer sites
Work closely with engineering teams to evaluate the interaction between hardware and software, as well as overall system performance
Support and train customers and service engineers on software features

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above (Computer Science, Software, Electrical, Electronic, Robotics, Mechatronics, or other relevant majors)
Proficiency in PLC, C, and C++ programming languages
Work experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
Problem-solving ability/attitude
Strong sense of urgency and accountability in task execution
Ability to travel locally and internationally as required
Business level of English communication skill
