Key Responsibilities
• Manage high volume of constantly changing calendar.
• Pre‐empt any foreseeable schedule conflicts, issues and troubleshooting accordingly.
• Facilitate effective coordination with internal stakeholders as well as related external parties.
• Arranging various on‐site & virtual meetings and conference room booking through office system.
• Screen calls for assigned executives.
• Arrange end to end business travel logistics (domestic and international) for assigned executives.
• Prepare monthly expense report.
• Gate keeper for internal policy.
• Print & bind materials.
• File and archive confidential documents for various projects.
• Assist assigned executives’ benefit such as annual leave, health benefit reimbursement etc.
• Support deal admin when required.
• Provide buddy cover with other EAs/Office Ops team to provide necessary backup and coverage when required.
• Provide secretarial support for visitors from other offices when required.
• Provide research report, financial information support using financial data services and news search when required.
• Plan and coordinate special projects.
• Perform other reasonably related duties as requested from time to time.
Key Requirements
· 6~12 years experience
· Working experience in PE, financial services, private baking, and similar industry is must
· Fluent Business English
