1. Consent to Mandatory Collection and Use of Personal Information

  •  Sign-up: Title, First name, User ID, password, email address, Date of birth, Phone number, Address
  •  2) Resume Register: Experience, Education, Skills, memberships and certificates, Personal information which are contained in the submitted cover letter or resume
  1. Purposes of Collection and Use
  • User verification and personal identification pursuant to the use of membership services; confirmation of willingness to subscribe; confirmation of membership status; prevention of any fraudulent use of members and unauthorized use; and grievance handling including complaints
  • Notification and contact for various issues including interview, recruitment notice, result of recruitment, etc.
  • Performance of contracts relating service provision; settlement of charges on consulting and service provision; and offering contents including recruitment information
  1. Period of Retention and Use
  • In principle, your personal information will be used until your withdrawal from membership. Unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations to preserve your personal information, or there remains a need to use personal information even after your withdrawal, including the handling of grievance occurred before such withdrawal, we will destroy your personal information immediately upon your withdrawal from membership.
  1. Right of Refusal and Disadvantages of Exercising Such Right
  • You have the right to refuse the collection and use of your personal information as stated above. However, if you refuse the collection and use of personal information, you cannot subscribe for the online membership of Adecco Korea nor receive various benefits, including recruit information, provided by Adecco Korea.

 

2. Consent to Mandatory Transfer of Personal Information to a Third Party

  1. Recipient(Contact Info.): Of the companies recruiting via Adecco Korea, those for which a member applies for employment (to be confirmed at the time of application)
  2. Location of Recipient: Korea, etc. (to be confirmed at the time of application)
  3. Purpose of Use: To determine whether to employ a member or not
  4. Transferred Items: Name, email address which a recruiting company requests for determining employment
  5. Period of Retention and Use: Until employment is determined

*Right of Refusal and Disadvantages of Exercising Such Right: You have the right to refuse the transfer of personal information to a third party as stated above. However, if you refuse the transfer of personal information to a third party, you cannot subscribe for the online membership of Adecco Korea nor receive various benefits, including recruit information, provided by Adecco Korea.

 

3. Consent to Mandatory Overseas Transfer of Personal Information

  1. Transferred Items: Name, email address, which an overseas recruiting company requests for determining employment
  2. Country to be Transferred: Country where recruiting company is located (to be confirmed at the time of application through recruiting information section)
  3. Date and Method of Transfer: If a member applies for employment at an overseas recruiting company, his/her personal information will be encrypted through a secure server and transferred to the data server of the overseas recruiting company via communication network.
  4. Name of Transferee and Contact Information of the Person-in-Charge of Transferred Information: To be confirmed at the time of application through recruit information section
  5. Transferee’s Purpose of Use and Period of Retention and Use: To determine whether to employ relevant member. Retention and use until employment is determined.

 

4. Consent to Optional Collection and Use of Personal Information for Marketing Purpose

During the above retention and use period, your personal information collected upon your consent as above may be used for delivery of information on services or advertising information for profit, such as employment information or recruitment information, via Phone or email, or for other sales and marketing purposes. You have the right to refuse the collection and use of personal information for marketing purpose, but in such case you may not receive above information on services, employment information or recruitment information.
